The Premium Membership Model

I made some big shifts in my business model after my daughter Emily was born. As a single mom who needed to work part-time, I had to laser focus on the strategies that create the biggest results with the least amount of effort.
I also had to get even more aligned with my purpose - ONLY making choices that felt right.
I just didn’t have extra energy for anything else.
So, here’s what I did...
I’ve mentored over 5,000 clients since 2008, and I know the best way to support them is in a long-term hybrid program that includes a mix of group coaching, training and private coaching.
It is consistently the WINNING combination to guide clients to significant and profitable growth creating and filling their own leveraged programs.
THIS is what I have passion for offering because I know it works so well for so many people. And why my business is now a Premium Membership Model.
I also offer some low-ticket courses and virtual events to give clients an easy way to experience my unique value and get a specific solution.
But I decided to let go of mid-ticket offers.
No more 2-to-3-month programs that offer a short burst of coaching and training only to leave clients on their own just as they’re starting to implement. These are popular types of programs to sell – everyone wants big growth with a smaller investment and time commitment. The faster the better, right?
The problem is, these shortcuts usually lead to dead ends.
They lead to clients STILL struggling with how to apply the information to their unique business and message. So many questions with no ongoing support.
No wonder so many entrepreneurs are frustrated and skeptical about most business programs being offered right now.
They’ve been getting disconnected pieces of information without the in-depth guidance they really need.

Well I got SICK of seeing people spinning in circles for years, and I didn’t want to be yet another marketing expert offering another mid-term program that fell short for most participants.

I used to sell these types of programs as my front end, and while I’m proud of the excellence I always delivered, I just wasn’t thrilled with the client success rates.
Now my business model is more streamlined and focused on what matters MOST.

Well, the backbone of the Irresistible Marketing Club is the RICH training library that provides on-demand access to my proven Irresistible Marketing System.
Clients can work with the training videos at their own pace and get started as soon as they join. The system walks them through creating and filling lucrative, life-changing programs of their own.
Now on top of that, they get ample opportunities for implementation support. They get 4 live group sessions with me per month.
One of those sessions is a live training to update and add to the library, while giving our clients more interaction and the chance to ask questions.
Two or three of those sessions include collaborative group coaching, where our members receive individualized feedback on their marketing and customized guidance to improve their results.
And in some months, one of the sessions is a whole day where we dive deep together on a valuable topic and provide more coaching that’s tailored to the members present.
Even though members are at different levels and stages of the process, they all share the same goal - to create and fill profitable programs.
Add in the private sessions with our Certified Irresistible Marketing Coach (plus some get private time with yours truly), and you have a comprehensive and highly effective program that creates profound impact.
